Jutsu exp

Every time a mission is being rewarded, 1/4 of the exp goes to a person's jutsu exp.

To create a custom D-rank jutsu, 300 exp will be deducted from the jutsu exp field.
900exp for a C-rank.
2700exp for a B-rank.
8100exp for an A-rank.
48600exp for an S-rank. <--- This amount is not affected by any deductions.

- If the jutsu is made from a jutsu that user knows, -20% exp cost. OR
- If the jutsu is made from two or more jutsus that user knows, -40% exp cost.
- If jutsu belongs to a clan/bloodline and its not created together with clan/bloodline creation topic, -20% exp cost.
- If jutsu is created along with clan/bloodline creation topic, -75% exp cost(Starting with D-rank, % deducted decreases by 15% with each increasing rank).

Clan/Bloodline

4k jutsu exp for bloodline
2k jutsu exp for hiden clan.

Players cannot have more than 1 hiden clan or bloodline. Implants(Not available yet) are not affected by this.

You may create your own Clan. Fill up the following;

Weakness: Jutsus of hiden clan can be leanred by others.

Village

Players can create a village by reaching lv100 in level chart.

2 Clan leaders can come together to form a village with approval of staff as well.

Weapons

Compulsory Conditions needed:

Legendary weapon:
Beaten itachi or any 7 legendary swordsman (Canon char)

Rare weapon:
Beaten tenten (Canon char)

Uncommon weapon:
Beaten shiin (Canon char)

common weapon:
None

Other conditions would be included as well to sum the conditions needed to make a unique mission for custom weps.

Chunnin exam

Chunnin battle Part 1

RP in a room for written chunnin exam, rewards are only given after part 3 is a success.

Chunnin battle Part 2

Furthered Battle system: Additions in red

Normal battle against an allocated canon character. Win ensures promotion.
